Who You Are (Ideally) You’ve done this before: built or fixed real campaigns, with tracked results You use tools like Ahrefs, Sheets, and email prospectors like a sniper You can break down competitor backlink strategies and act on them You’re organized, analytical, and focused on results Bonus: you’ve worked async with fast-moving teams
