I have the exact design I want for an email signature to be used in Outlook. The signature will be used accross the company so once I have the template created I need to be able to easily change the details of the sender, maintaining links to the new details such as telephone number and email address, without loosing the formating of the original email signature. There are comapny logos which will stya the same across all the signature but there will be one QR code which will need to be changed for each user.
This needs to be very user friendly so each memeber of staff can be sent the original template and instructions to replace the details with their own and then add to their Outlook account.
