(written by a doctor, with an emphasis on nitric oxide, a personal success story, and 125 heart-healthy recipes) • Customize the release for publications that focus on natural wellness, book reviews, and health media. • Offer two or three versions that are aimed at publications such as Men's Health, Oprah Daily, The Guardian, and Well+Good. • Make platform recommendations and/or oversee the distribution procedure. • Ideally, versions should be modified for various audiences, such as lifestyle editors, book reviewers, and health media.
