We’re looking for a skilled freelancer to help us set up the most effective and cost-efficient CRM and email marketing system for our business. Potential platforms include Mailchimp, HubSpot, Bravo, or similar—happy to take your advice on the best fit. Once the system is up and running, our team will take over ongoing management.
Key Requirements:and • A single CRM that can support and feed four separate outgoing email accounts • Leads from the CRM will be manually vetted and allocated to a specific email user • Each email account will run a series of 4–6 automated emails per campaign • Email responses must be tracked • Ideally, the CRM will be able to integrate with Meta Ads Manager for lead capture
This is not a high-volume email campaign. Most campaigns would generate 50 vetted leads per email user, and we would run 3 campaigns a month.
Ideal Workflow: 1. Leads from Facebook are sent to the CRM 2. Leads are manually reviewed and assigned to one of four email users 3. The assigned email funnel begins for that user 4. Ability to send bulk emails to all contacts or run segmented campaigns per user/email list
Important Notes: • We do not require ongoing management, copywriting, or ad setup • We only need assistance with the initial setup, structure, and integration • You must guide us through the setup process so that our team can fully manage it moving forward
