DESCRIPTION: I am looking for a skilled full-stack developer (or team) who can build a web-based tool from A to Z. The goal is to help users compare real estate listings with their personal requirements using AI.
This development is the first phase (minimum viable product) of a larger development, expanding features right after launching an testing the previous phase.
Key Features of the Tool: 1. User Input Form: - Users fill out a list of personal requirements for a property they are searching for (e.g., number of bedrooms, pool, sea view, etc.).
2. Listing Link Input: - Users then copy-paste a URL to a real estate listing (from popular listing sites like Idealista, Fotocasa, etc.).
3. AI-Based Comparison: The system should use AI (such as GPT or similar platforms) to: - Analyze the property listing - Compare it to the user's requirements - Provide feedback on how well it matches
4. Price Evaluation & Insights: In addition to matching feedback, the tool should: - Offer an opinion or evaluation on whether the price seems fair based on similar listings or location data (can be based on available APIs or scraped data) - Optionally suggest areas of concern or standout features
DELIVERABLES: - Fully functional, user-friendly web tool - Back-end with AI integration (GPT, Claude, or similar) - Front-end design (simple, modern, mobile-friendly) - Admin panel or easy access to update logic/data if needed - Guidance or documentation on how to run/host the tool
TECH EXPECTATIONS - Experience with AI integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) - Strong full-stack web development skills - Experience with web scraping or working with real estate APIs (bonus) - Attention to user experience and data privacy
