Primary Responsibilities
Answer around 10- 30 calls per day Friendly and respectful towards clients over the phone Answer inquiries, provide estimates and set- up work orders for clients clients Input, allocate and resolve job tickets and work orders Work between multiple work order software programs Keep work orders up to date Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day Billing of work orders File uploads, downloads, and document scanning Data Entry Coordinate with administration and office manager Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be able to speak clearly and effectively Speak and understand English well Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, and have friendly people skills Must be able to multitask High School Diploma/GED Driver s License Reliable transportation Able to maintain inventory records Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications Proficient with Yelp, Google, Facebook and other social media platforms Able to learn new skills Highly organized and pays close attention to detail Ability to work alone and with a team Problem-solving skills
Salary Information:
An initial 90-day probationary period at a rate of $16.00 per hour.
