Expected duration: less than 1 week We’re hiring an automation specialist to join the Estately Team. The initial task is an automation project to optimize our outbound SMS response and booking flow using GHL, Make.com, ChatGPT, and Slack. Your main task will be connecting up a make blueprint of the system already provided to our slack and GHL account. This is an initial task and we would like to have someone fulltime to work on the automation side of the agency. Project Budget: $300 (Fixed) Estimated Duration: 3 Hours (Live Setup via Zoom)
About the Project: We send thousands of SMS messages daily to real estate agents offering our lead generation service. We need an expert to automate the follow-up and booking process using our existing tools. You’ll be responsible for: Using Make.com to connect ChatGPT and generate natural, structured conversations that lead to calendar bookings.
Pushing finalized conversations into a Slack channel for approval.
Enabling Slack approvals to auto-book meetings on a GHL calendar.
We provide: A Loom tutorial of how the system already set up from another company
A Make.com blueprint of the other companies existing automation flow
Ability to work live via Zoom for 6 hours and ensure it’s fully operational.
Strong understanding of chatbot logic, automation, and natural language integration.
