I’m looking for an experienced Shopify developer to build a complete vape eCommerce store for the UK market. The store must be visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and fully compliant with UK laws for selling vape products.
You’ll be responsible for setting up and customizing the store, integrating age verification, configuring a suitable payment gateway, enabling bulk pricing, and applying basic SEO.
What I Need: • Full Shopify store setup using a fast, modern theme • Homepage, product page, and collections customization • UK-Compliant Age Verification: • Entry popup: “Are you 18 or over?” • Integration with VerifyMyAge or similar solution • Redirect or restrict access for underage users • Payment Gateway Setup (UK vape-friendly — not Stripe or PayPal) • Bulk Pricing Setup: • Discounts based on quantity (e.g., “Buy 3+, save 10%”) • Visible pricing tiers on product pages • Can be done via Shopify apps or custom code • Basic on-page SEO (titles, metadata, product tags) • Legal pages (Privacy, Returns, Terms, etc.) • Contact page or contact form • Store optimized for mobile and speed • Optional: newsletter signup, loyalty rewards, or promotional popups
You Should Have: • Proven Shopify experience with vape or high-compliance stores • Knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Experience with age verification tools like VerifyMyAge • Familiarity with bulk pricing logic and apps (e.g., Quantity Breaks, Volume Discounts) • Understanding of UK eCommerce compliance • Good communication and ability to meet deadlines
