We are COT Bijou, a creative, colorful, and fashion-forward accessories brand based in Mexico, currently building our online presence. We're looking for a passionate and experienced social media strategist/content creator to help us elevate our brand across platforms (mainly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest).
What we need: We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media for one month (opportunity for long term) and deliver the following:
1. Social Media Marketing Research & Strategy Conduct research on similar brands, market trends, and successful content strategies in the fashion/accessory niche. Identify relevant hashtags, post formats, and timing. Define content pillars and tone of voice aligned with our brand (fun, confident, bold, fashion-forward). Set goals (growth, engagement, conversions) and propose the structure for a 1-month strategy. 2. Content Plan & Creation (1 month) Build a 30-day content calendar: including post types, captions, and suggested visuals or video directions. Create the actual content: carousels, reels concepts, captions, hooks, etc. (we will provide product photos & brand assets). Propose ideas for reels or stories aligned with trending formats and our brand voice. Optimize content for reach and engagement based on the research. 3. Performance Tracker & Results Analysis Create a simple and clear performance tracker template (Google Sheets or Notion). At the end of the month, provide a performance report: growth metrics, engagement, what worked well, what can be improved.
Include insights and actionable recommendations for the next month. What we’re looking for: Experience in fashion/lifestyle brands or creative product-based businesses. Strong copywriting skills (English and/or Spanish preferred). Up to date with social media trends (especially on Instagram & TikTok). Creative eye and ability to match our playful, bold aesthetic. Proactive, strategic, and fun to work with.
Portfolio required To be considered for this project, please share a portfolio or examples of previous work. We’re especially looking for someone whose style and creativity match the tone and identity of COT Bijou.
