Expected duration: Ongoing We are a small but growing pressure washing and window cleaning business looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable call handler to join our team. This is a remote role ideally suited to someone based in the UK or a similar time zone (e.g., South Africa) to ensure availability during our business hours.
Responsibilities: • Answer Inbound Calls Promptly: Handle incoming phone calls from potential and existing customers, ensuring a high pickup rate and professional communication.
• Customer Pre-Qualification: Use our provided online forms to gather key information from new leads, allowing you to generate and communicate accurate price estimates during the call.
• Call Logging: Document call details, including customer information and job requirements, to help us deliver exceptional follow-up service.
• Email Follow-Up: Summarize key call points and actions in a concise email to the business owner, ensuring no important details are missed.
• Basic Customer Support: Address common customer queries and provide accurate information about our services based on provided training.
• Professional, Friendly Communication: Build rapport with callers, making every interaction a positive experience for our potential clients.
Requirements: - Excellent verbal communication skills - Friendly, approachable, and confident phone manner - Strong attention to detail for accurate note-taking - Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace - Ability to learn and follow our pricing structure and service guidelines (training provided) - Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus, but not required
