We’re a fast-moving business looking for a brilliant Virtual Executive Assistant to support our two founders and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be the person making sure customers are happy, the team is organised, and small problems are solved before they become big ones. This role starts part-time (1 day a week) and could grow over time if it’s a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Replying to customer emails and helping solve their problems - Keeping things organised with data entry and admin tasks - Posting job adverts and supporting recruitment - Scheduling social media posts (training provided if needed) - Writing and publishing simple SEO blog posts - Checking in with different team members and supporting them where needed - Helping the founders stay organised and updated - Gathering customer reviews and helping track feedback - Doing light research on competitors and industry trends - Drafting simple content for emails and marketing
We’d Love to Find Someone Who:
- Writes and communicates clearly and professionally - Is super organised and loves ticking things off a list - Can work independently and get things done without hand-holding - Feels confident talking to different people across the team - Has a positive, problem-solving attitude - Can pick up new tools and systems quickly (Google Docs, social media scheduling, etc.)
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But Nice):
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or Canva - Previous VA, admin, or customer service experience - A love for design, tech, or lifestyle brands would fit our vibe!
