Description: We’re looking for an experienced UK family lawyer who specialises in prenuptial agreements to support our growing prenup business. This is more than a one-off job — we're looking for someone who can be a trusted legal partner as we scale.
What We Need:
A UK-qualified family lawyer with demonstrable experience creating fair, legally robust prenuptial agreements
Someone who can draft custom prenups based on client inputs and offer general legal guidance around marital contracts
An understanding of the nuances around enforceability in UK courts
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, client-friendly approach
Ongoing Partnership Opportunity: We’re building a modern prenup business that makes the process faster, friendlier, and more accessible. We’re looking for a legal partner who can:
Handle recurring client agreements
Help us refine our legal templates and processes
Potentially work with us on a fixed-rate or revenue-share model as we grow
Ideal Candidate:
UK-based and legally qualified
5+ years experience in family law (preferably with a focus on prenups or asset protection)
Comfortable working remotely and occasionally meeting via Zoom
Open to building a long-term relationship with a forward-thinking brand
