We run a licensed student consultancy agency in Asia. Recently, our Facebook page received a restriction after posting a real student testimonial related to a study abroad event. The video included a student casually saying “guaranteed visa,” which Facebook flagged as misleading.
At first, our post restriction was removed via appeal, but the video was rejected and now we are facing repeat restrictions despite removing or rewording sensitive phrases.
