Project Description: I am the 100% foreign owner of a Delaware C Corporation (incorporated via Stripe Atlas). The company has had no income in 2024, but it has incurred business expenses (e.g., Stripe Atlas fees, software subscriptions, etc.).
As I understand it due to a capital contribution and the foreign ownership, I am required by the IRS to file:

Form 1120 (not pro forma – includes reported expenses)
