CMR Development seeks a skilled Microsoft 365 CRM specialist to develop an integration between their system and an internal job planning solution. The specialist should have extensive experience architecting similar integrations involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. The goal is to enable users to efficiently allocate jobs created in CRM to internal project schedulers for completion. Upon job creation, pertinent details such as description, deadline, assigned team and other key attributes must automatically sync to the chosen planning tool. There, individual tasks can be generated, assigned and tracked to job completion. Status updates made in the planner need to then reflect back to the original CRM records. Administrators require oversight of active jobs and assignments across both solutions. The specialist will be responsible for analysing existing CRM and planning tools, identifying API capabilities, and designing/implementing the integration logic. Tests must validate that data moves seamlessly and accurately between the systems. Documentation will help administrators and users work seamlessly with the linked platforms.
