Experience Level: Entry We are hiring an intermediate-level Client Lifetime Value (CLTV) Growth Specialist to help us maximize the lifetime value of our e-commerce clients through retention, upsells, loyalty programs, and backend monetization strategies.
Immediate mission: -Analyze current CLTV by cohort (30/60/90 day repeat rate). -Launch and optimize actions that grow LTV by 10–20% within 90 days. -Prioritize fast-impact initiatives: loyalty offers, bundle upsells, subscriptions, SMS/email winback flows, and personalized promotions. -Report weekly on CLTV movements and action impacts.
Ideal Candidate Must Have: -Proven track record of lifting LTV in an e-commerce brand. -Expertise across retention levers: email/SMS, bundles, loyalty programs, post-purchase sequences. -Strong understanding of data segmentation and customer behavior targeting. -Ability to think both strategically and tactically (hands-on builds + strategic planning). -Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Recharge (or similar platforms).
