This house exterior and landscaping design project is located on a unique plot featuring two separate entrances. One of the entrances is private, leading directly to the underground level of the house. This level includes a covered car parking area, a guest bedroom with WC, a small kitchenette, and a leisure space featuring a pool table — creating a private and multifunctional retreat.
The main floor includes a cozy living room with a chimney, a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom with a WC, and a spacious terrace at the front of the house. Floating stairs from the terrace lead to a modern swimming pool, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow and offering a stunning focal point for relaxation and entertainment.
On the first floor, the design includes two master bedrooms, a small living area with a kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the landscaped grounds — combining comfort with elegant outdoor views.
Adjacent to the house is a modern pergola designed for year-round use, complete with a BBQ area — ideal for hosting guests or enjoying outdoor meals in any season. The landscape design incorporates thoughtfully placed greenery around the property to complement the architecture and enhance the natural atmosphere.
