Small British brand looking for a skilled email marketing freelancer to help transition from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and elevate email marketing using Klaviyo.
We’re seeking someone with strong experience in Klaviyo, email automation, sign-up forms and and Shopify integrations, with a great eye for detail and design consistency.
Project:
1. Data Migration Seamlessly migrate our existing contact list and segments from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
2. Automated Email Flows Setup Build a full suite of automated flows in Klaviyo to engage our customers at every stage of the journey, including: a) Welcome email with 15% sign-up discount b) Abandoned Cart with 10% to complete basket c) Abandoned Checkout 15% to complete basket d) Post-Purchase Follow-Ups 15% off next order e) Win-back Flows for Inactive Subscribers All of the above should be personalised, timely, and aligned with our brand tone and values.
3. Signup Form Integration from Shopify to Klaviyo. Create custom Klaviyo sign-up form and integrate them seamlessly with our Shopify store to encourage newsletter sign-ups and grow our subscriber base.
4. Email Design & Templates Design email templates that reflect Sleepy Doe’s visual identity – soft, clean, and charming – while optimising for mobile and conversion. Set these templates up within Klaviyo to be used across all flows above
5. Technical Setup & Testing Ensure all automation and integration is functioning correctly through thorough testing across customer journeys. Address any technical issues and optimise deliverability.
Candidate:
Proven experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and email automation Experience with data migration from Mailchimp Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing Eye for clean, brand-aligned design and layout Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Available for immediate start This is a one-off project with potential for future collaboration as the brand grows.
