Looking for someone to create a 2D and 3D layout based on an initial concept for a commercial interior project. This is a preliminary phase, so no detailing or furniture modeling is required beyond the layout itself.

Focus is strictly on layout, no need to include fixtures, finishes, or custom objects at this stage
Final files should be editable and delivered in standard formats (DWG, PDF, and basic 3D visualization)
Quick turnaround preferred, please mention availability and timeframe in your proposal
Please include examples of similar layout work (2D and 3D), especially if you've handled commercial or retail layouts before.
