I seek an experienced and dedicated virtual assistant to efficiently manage various ongoing administrative tasks for my company. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Daily duties will include scheduling meetings and appointments, data entry, basic bookkeeping activities such as Accounts Receivable/Payable processes and report generation. Organization of electronic files and paper documents is an important ongoing responsibility. Additional administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, reports and presentations may arise periodically.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as regular interaction with clients and internal teams will be required via email, phone and videoconference. Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are vital to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity managing conflicting schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and being the point of contact for general daily inquiries would be preferable. However, ongoing training will be provided to the right candidate. The successful candidate will maintain confidentiality, produce accurate work efficiently under minimal supervision and contribute positively to a small but dynamic workforce. A minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a fast paced office environment is expected. Fluency in English is a must.
