Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
Efficiently review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications
Assist in coordinating interviews and effectively communicate with applicants
Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and spreadsheets
Initiate initial contact with potential candidates
Support recruiters in scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities
Requirements:
Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and job boards
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
