I am seeking a skilled product designer to create a clean, minimalist display enclosure using OnShape. The initial project involves designing an aluminum enclosure to house a 4" mobile display, driver board, and magsafe module. Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in materials like aluminum and steel as well as molding processes such as ABS. Successful delivery of this first project may lead to an ongoing collaboration developing specialized mounting brackets, additional enclosures, and design updates. An ideal candidate will have expertise in OnShape, 3D printing prototypes, laser cutting, CNC machining, and metal/plastic molding. All design files, models, and deliverables created for this project would be owned by the client.
Deliverables will include: — Design pdf with laser etch logo placement, diameters, chamfers, hole/threads, tolerances, etc — OnShape design — .step file for production
