Introduction: We are a start-up fashion brand with bases in Dubai and Los Angeles. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer preferably specialising in Fashion Design to join our growing team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion-related visual content creation, luxury branding, and marketing design. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring our creative visions to life, ensuring all designs align with our brand's identity, sustainability values, and high-end aesthetic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create high-quality digital and print designs for lookbooks, fashion catalogues, brand identity, packaging, labels, hangtags, and marketing materials. Develop fashion illustrations, garment technical sketches, and mood boards to support design presentations. Collaborate with the creative director and design team to visually interpret design concepts into compelling visuals. Produce social media content, banners, and ads tailored for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. Assist in the development of brand assets, including logo refinement, typography, colour palettes, and style guidelines.
Edit and retouch product photography for e-commerce and promotional use. Maintain a consistent visual brand tone across all platforms and materials. Provide creative input and ideas during product development and campaign planning. Prepare print-ready files and ensure all designs meet quality standards. Stay updated with fashion and graphic design trends, especially in luxury, sustainable, and couture fashion markets.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer in the fashion industry (portfolio required). Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of fashion design processes, from concept to production. Experience in branding and luxury fashion marketing is highly desirable. Ability to understand and translate design briefs into visually impactful outcomes. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetic. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
