Expected duration: 1 - 6 months The Property Manager role is designed for a self-motivated professional who will remotely supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple buildings. Coordinating maintenance and repairs to maintain lease-specified standards, you will also enforce all leasing policies and legal requirements. On the financial side, you’ll prepare budgets and expense reports, collect rent, and produce regular financial statements, while maintaining accurate accounts and bookkeeping for both income and expenditures. Working independently, you’ll liaise with contractors, address tenant issues with both professionalism and empathy, and anticipate tenant needs. Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines are essential.
