Maintaining open and effective communication lines with these partners is crucial to enabling successful player procurement. In addition, the position requires liaising closely with lead agency personnel like managers, scouts, and coaches to ensure coordination and alignment across all recruitment initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently and competently with all involved parties. While prior experience in football agency recruitment or a related field would be beneficial, it is not strictly essential given that comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
