We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of our IT consultancy business serving small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers (owners, directors, IT heads) within SMBs.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Utilise channels such as LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and targeted campaigns to generate interest.
Report regularly on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience generating B2B leads in the UK and Europe, preferably for IT or technology services.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound email strategies, and CRM management.
Excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach.
