We are a UK-based digital marketing agency seeking a talented freelance lead generation specialist to help us attract new clients on an ongoing basis.
We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who is experienced in generating high-quality B2B leads and understands how to identify decision-makers in growing businesses.
This project will be based on agreed deliverables and performance, with competitive compensation per qualified lead provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying and engaging UK-based business decision-makers Using LinkedIn, cold outreach, email tools, or B2B databases to find prospects Pre-qualifying leads based on our brief and booking them in for discovery calls Collaborating with us to fine-tune targeting and messaging
Our Ideal Partner:
You’ve successfully worked with B2B clients, ideally in the digital or service sector You’re confident using tools like Apollo, Hunter, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator You understand what makes a lead “sales ready” and can deliver quality over quantity You communicate clearly and meet deadlines
Target Clients:
UK businesses open to monthly digital marketing support (£2k–£8k+ retainers) Open industries: trades, e-commerce, professional services, etc.
What We Consider a Qualified Lead:
Business decision-maker Interested in marketing support Open to a conversation (replies positively or books a discovery call)
Compensation:
We offer a fixed rate per qualified lead, with potential bonuses for booked calls or conversions Compensation will be based on lead quality and volume (discussed before the project starts) Opportunity for ongoing work with increasing scope
