My website needs to integrate a CRM solution which has a workflow. We're want to use it to send Abandoned Cart messages. However, the current version of Magento doesn't support webhooks. Once the webhook is triggered, it needs to send out a message in 1 hour, and the remaining workflow (template). Additionally, in the current checkout process, we're using OneStepCheckout, with OTP verification to minimize conversion friction. We want to be able to send WhatsApp messages to customers who leave the cart at checkout. As long as the OTP is verified (this is working currently), we want to be able to capture and store the number, even if the user doesn't hit the submit button. In the Magento default flow, a user is required to sign in, which increases the number of steps. Please only reach out if you're confident of implementing this. This needs to be done ASAP.
