I recently conducted a survey about Fear of Flying. It is with a view to writing a paper which I can publish in an academic journal.
I was delighted to get a great responce and some really rich data. My survey was mostly using a likhert scale but the last question invited respondants to give their opinions about what airlines can do to ease their nervousness about flying.
I got 517 written replies to this question. Clearly this to too much to analysis one-by-one so I was hoping you would know the best ways to analysis this data and how to gain the best insights, about which I can write my paper.
Is thi they kind of thing in which you specialize?
