The desired workflow is as follows: when an email is generated on the website, the script should capture the content, format it correctly, and programmatically insert it into the Microsoft Outlook Outbox for sending.
I'm open to alternative methods or technologies, as long as the final email is routed through Outlook and appears in the Outbox for dispatch.
Delivery is required within 24 to 48 hours maximum. I previously had a similar solution developed, but it has since stopped working—so I would also need a 3-month warranty or support period to ensure reliability.
