I am looking for someone with experience in the creation of sales pipelines to both funnel prospects into customers and then to increase customer lifetime value and encourage reviews and referrals - from leads generated from the website (automatically) and other sources (possibly manually), plus also for bought-in databases that are sent out to "suspects" (What I like to think of as pre-prospects).
We have not yet chosen the software solution for this client but I am looking for someone who knows how to use the normal ones used by SMEs and startups such as Zoho, ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp. I don't really know which are the best ones to use, but I do know that I dislike Hubspot and that Salesforce is expensive. Your hands on knowledge of various CRM platforms in the marketplace would be invaluable.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the world but have to work UK days/times, so it is obvious that preference will be given to those working in the UK or a similar timezone. Content will be supplied as will assets but advice on how often to send at what stage in the lifecycle would be helpful. I want this to be automated and to grow with time. Knowledge of how to use the systems and/or AI to deliver optimal evolution on an ongoing basis would be interesting to hear about.
I want to find a native English speaker who is happy to join Zoom video meetings with me, my team and the client as and when required.
The work is likely to be ad hoc to begin with but could grow from there.
