We have GoHighLevel as our CRM system. It's pretty well set up with WhatsApp and Email templates. Some automation and Pipelines
Unfortunately, we have a reasonably priced phone system that works for us - it's https://horizonunlimited.co.uk/, but as far as I can see, it's not connectable to Go High Level.
We are happy with the system for our limited use, because it's a good value for what we get. I would like to show the Customer Connections in GoHighLevel so we can track conversations
1. The calls in and out - the date, time and length of call in GHL Conversations 2. The call recordings stored against the Customer in GHL, both on incoming and outgoing calls
I'm looking for a synching process to automatically export the call records from Horizon and upload them into GHL. Either scheduled overnight or on demand
