We are looking for a developer to build a web-based reminder system tailored for an accountancy practice. The system should support the following core functionalities:
Key Features: Task Management
Create and manage tasks related to company and business filings (e.g. accounts, VAT returns, confirmation statements, self-assessments).
Generate recurring tasks automatically after the initial set-up.
Track task progress through predefined stages until completion.
Automated Notifications
Send automated email reminders to clients.
Send follow-up emails based on task status and due dates.
Companies House Integration
Synchronise with Companies House API.
Retrieve and display company information by entering a company number.
User-Friendly Interface
Clear dashboard for monitoring task statuses, upcoming deadlines, and overdue items.
Admin interface for staff to manage and update tasks.
Project Scope: Detailed guidance and specifications will be provided once we agree on the project scope and fees.
Following the initial build, we will require ongoing support and maintenance.
