I’m looking for a highly skilled and creative coder or social media engineer to help me transfer all REAL likes/followers from my restricted Facebook page to a new one.

My original Facebook page has been restricted from advertising for no clear reason.
The page has real followers and likes that I’ve built up over time.
I've tried everything: page merges, appeals, contacting Meta support, etc. Nothing has worked.
