I seek an experienced web developer to optimize an existing web form for compatibility across mobile and tablet devices. Currently, the form fails to render and function properly when accessed on smartphones or tablets. User experience suffers as critical fields and buttons appear misaligned or are difficult to interact with depending on the device size and orientation.
