Looking for an experienced Wordpress developer with some basic image manipulation skills to implement a Wordpress template/theme for me.
We have already selected the template we would like to use.
I do not want to get into endless cycles of testing and feedback. If you can get us 80% there with the implementation then I have enough Wordpress knowledge to finish the job.
Based on the brief provided and my own IT knowledge/Project Management skillset can you please provide a fixed fee estimate based on the attached and the project plan below.
I’ve worked in the software sector for c. 20 years and have put together a set of requirements with a tight scope and just need someone to help put this together and then hand it back to me so I can tweak everything.
I am a hassle-free client that knows what they want and who is capable of putting the required ‘finishing touches’ on the project providing the theme install and how you approach the configuration is done with ‘best practice’ in mind.
Good communication is vital to me and is the cornerstone of implementing any successful project. Ideally want to work with someone that understands that.
I’d like to start the project some time week commencing 28th April and see no reason with the brief given why we cannot deliver this (12 page website) within two iterations before the implemented theme is handed over to me to make any final amendments.
Please find a site map, requirements document with all text and the images we’d like to use enclosed.
Rough Project Plan Is:
1 Shortlist 4 people by Monday 28th April Organise a short (15-20 min) intro call on Zoom with shortlisted people Choose a developer to take on the project
2) SPRINT 1: Build & Test (week commencing 28th April to 9th May) Developer to implement solution based on documents provided Hand over (hidden) version of the site I will test and then send any issues back
3) SPRINT 2: Fixes & Handover (12th May to 16th May) Developer to hand back solution Any re-tested functional issues that remain unfixed will need be resolved Otherwise, all final images/text changes will be handled by myself
I’d like this to be a hassle-free and quick turnaround with a view to me being able to put the site live some time week commencing 19th May.
