Human Resources Specialist needed to join our team and provide support to our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. They will work closely with managers and employees to ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed and that the workplace is a positive and productive environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source and screen candidates for open positions - Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Maintain and update job descriptions and postings
Onboarding:
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding sessions - Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed - Provide orientation to company policies and procedures - Assist employees with setting up their benefits and payroll
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations issues, including complaints, disputes, and performance problems - Investigate and resolve employee concerns in a timely and effective manner - Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback - Develop and implement employee recognition programs
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off - Ensure that benefits are administered accurately and in compliance with company policies - Respond to employee questions and concerns about benefits
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives - Ensure that policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees - Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role - Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
