1 - I have a YouTube channel, and I recently promoted a video to gain more exposure.
2 - The promotion is running, but I can’t find where to configure the targeting, specifically where and when the video should be promoted.
3 - Most of the promotion is reaching countries that don’t understand the language. The videos are in Portuguese, but only 26% of the impressions are coming from Brazil, which is my intended target.
4 - This channel is quite old, and I haven’t used it in a long time due to previous strikes. Now, I want to get everything in order so I can monetize the channel once I reach the required watch hours and subscribers.
5 - I don’t want any views or subscribers from countries that don’t speak Portuguese — I want to focus only on Portuguese-speaking audiences.
6 - I will release the payment only once the work is fully completed. I won’t proceed with payment if the work is still under review or if I’m told it "should be fine next week."
