Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Unity Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge immersive experiences, with a strong focus on VR. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architecture design patterns, advanced proficiency with the Unity UI Toolkit, and proven experience in creating custom Unity plugins. A thorough understanding of SOLID design principles is essential to ensure scalable and maintainable code. Key Responsibilities: • VR Development: Architect and develop immersive VR experiences that push the boundaries of interactive media. • Architecture & Design: Lead the design of robust, scalable systems using established design patterns and best practices. • Plugin Development: Develop and maintain custom plugins to extend Unity’s capabilities and improve workflow. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, art, QA) to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met. • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering strictly to SOLID design principles. • Optimization: Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize code for maximum performance across different platforms.
