Design A High-End/VIP Office for me within 48hrs and I will retain you as my Project Designer for all my future Projects. I am a Construction Company operating in Kigali, Rwanda, Africa. I have an opportunity to expand my business but I need a good and reliable Designer who understands both Architecture and Engineering.
Usually my clients require Designs first, that is why I need a main design, then once they approve the concept, they pay for the designs. I need a freelancer who is flexible enough to make these concepts and wait a little bit until the Clients pays.
