What You’ll Be Responsible For: ✅ Managing Client Projects – Making sure deliverables are completed on time, deadlines are met, and clients are happy. ✅ Creator & Talent Sourcing – Finding and recruiting the right UGC creators, podcast guests, and video editors. If a creator falls through, you quickly find a replacement instead of waiting days for a response. ✅ Team & Project Management – Ensuring tasks are completed, following up with team members, and keeping everything organized. ✅ Client Communication & Support – Responding to clients professionally and in real-time (no delayed replies or robotic messages). ✅ Hiring & Recruiting – Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding A-players for roles like video editors, appointment setters, and lead gen specialists. ✅ Proactive Problem-Solving – If something isn’t working, you fix it. You take ownership and figure out solutions without waiting for direction. ✅ Financial & Admin Tasks – Managing invoices, tracking expenses, and making sure operations run smoothly.
