I require a freelancer to design me a PDF template for my properties for sale.
The design layout is straightforward, not much design work needs to go into. I have attached some simple examples of how the PDF could look.
But, what is important is ...
1. I want to be able to repeatedly us the designed template for new properties I will have ongoing.
2. So is it possible to design the template so it is easy each time I have a new property, and I need to a new template.
3. Is there any format or software which will allow me to simply "drop in" new photos (of any size) and text. Text titles, property descriptions, property reference number etc?
I need the template that will allow me to quickly create new PDFs of my new properties, with minimum fiddling about.
