I have historical depositor records to transcribe, so the goal is to copy all the records in the pdf into an excel. In addition, there is a column to add yourself, which is your best guess of the gender of the depositor, male or female, given the name, eg. A depositor named Elizabeth would be labelled female. The rest of the columns are taken directly from the files and copied. Also, if there are any names/columns that you can't read well, I would suggest taking a screenshot of the record and asking chatgpt to transcribe it to get a best estimate, it works very well.
