Description: |
We’re looking for a commercial property solicitor to review and finalise a Deed of Variation for an existing commercial lease.
We already have a draft prepared and are not looking to create a new lease.
The deed covers:
Adding a guarantor
Reducing the forfeiture period to 7 days
Removing the tenant’s break clause
Adding a mutual 7-day break clause
We need:
A quick review for legal accuracy and enforceability
Confirmation that the landlord’s right to peaceable re-entry is preserved
Minor wording adjustments if needed
The tenant has agreed in principle and is keen to proceed. We are experienced landlords and looking to keep costs proportionate to the work involved. |
