Skills in content creation, community management, promotional campaigns, and analytics will be beneficial. The goal is to turn social media into a revenue-generating channel rather than just a marketing tool. Applicants should demonstrate how they would analyze the existing accounts, devise a sales-focused strategy, optimize campaigns, and regularly measure impact on orders/profits. Reaching new regional and global audiences while maintaining engagement with locals is also important.
