i have some photos of buildings which have low quality. i want to train a model that can increase the quality. i have a specific style and architecture and the model should follow it so general approaches is not good. I have a dataset of it including low and high quality images and if needed I can train a model. I want someone to train a model that can do the specific approach that I need. Fine-tuning current models has not worked until now. Someone with strong machine learning background which can proves that knows what can be done is needed so that person can also train the model after that.
