You will be responsible for overseeing the growth of the business, managing projects, and ensuring the company’s success.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day tasks and ensure project completion.
Oversee payment structures and financial management.
Lead and guide a talented team of developers.
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients.
Help establish and shape the company’s brand and vision.
What We’re Looking For: A broad-minded individual with a strategic outlook.
Someone who is articulate, responsible, and honest.
Ability to lead without compromising quality or ethics.
Proven experience in blockchain development or a strong understanding of it.
Ability to work with high-end clients—we are not low-cost developers or don't work with outsource work.
You must be confident and capable in executing at the highest level.
