I require a salesforce administrator to set up from scratch a CRM workflow. I have used Salesforce for +10 years so know how I want it mapped out. What I require is someone to take my vision and implement it into Salesforce. The person must be an expert in Salesforce, preferably with Salesforce certifications. This is an immediate project, so the person must be able to work on this as a priority alongside me.
Headline requirements are: - Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets - Configure fields, page layouts, record types - Design and implement lead, opportunity, and pipeline management - Build workflows, process builders, and approval processes - Create validation rules and formula fields - Design and implement customized reports and dashboards
The key requirement is to be able to work with me to understand business processes and translate them into CRM solutions. As this is collaborative project, being able to hold video calls and do run throughs together is preferred.
