An experienced freelancer is needed to guide me through the process of downloading all website files, documents, images, and other media stored both publicly on the live site and securely in the back-end administrator interfaces. The files must be professionally organized following standard folder structures and naming conventions to facilitate future reference if needed. Once a complete offline archive is obtained, the freelancer can then walk me through safely suspending the host account and any related services or subscriptions. The goal is to properly conclude my obligations to archive this outdated website, while gaining a working archive of its contents without risk of data loss.
