What the Agent Needs to Do:

Sort emails into categories (like “Inquiries” or “Tasks”), label them for organisation, and flag urgent ones (like emails with “urgent” in them). Check the tone of incoming emails (e.g., formal, casual) and reply in a matching tone. If there’s no history, use a semi-formal tone (e.g., “Dear [Name], Thanks for your email…”). Draft email replies for the user to approve, or auto-reply to simple emails (e.g., “I’ll get back to you soon”). Be ready for future connection to an online platform, so it can pull data (like user info) into emails later on. Let users draft and send emails with voice commands (e.g., “Draft an email to [Name] about [Topic],” then read it back and send it after they say yes). Learn the user’s tone over time by watching how they reply to emails. What We Need From You:
